For tennis enthusiasts, The Woodmere Club has six immaculately groomed, professionally maintained Har-Tru courts. This year is a landmark year for our tennis program. Our world renowned head professional, Dan Dwyer, is marking his 50th season teaching tennis at the Woodmere Club. He is currently USTA Chairman of the National Wheelchair Tennis Committee, president of the NTA for the Disabled and President of the Junior Tennis Foundation of the Eastern Tennis Association. The tennis facility has a teaching court where you can get expert instruction at all levels of play from Dan or one of the club’s ranked pros. Our tennis pavilion is the ideal spot to watch either a friendly game or one of the many tournaments that encompass Woodmere’s active tennis program.
